OUR MISSION

MSDA is the National Scuba Diving Federation of Mauritius

We were founded in 1989 to regulate Scuba Diving in Mauritius and Rodrigues Islands. MSDA promotes conservation and establishes artificial reefs. The MSDA label is a guarantee that the standards and procedures are strictly adhered to for the safety and satisfaction of all divers. MSDA represents the interests of Dive Centres affiliated to BSAC, CMAS, FFESSM, NAUI, PADI, SSI.

On request from the Honourable Michaël Glover, Minister of Youth and Sports, to unite under one single National Federation, affiliated to a World Confederation, all Underwater and Scuba Diving activties
